7-Day Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
All items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• With original tags intact
• In the original packaging

To start an exchange, email us at ffits.co@gmail.com.
We will arrange a pickup of the original product and deliver your exchange item to you.

Return Policy

We accept returns only when initiated within 7 days of delivery.
For returns, the customer must ship the product back to us with tags and original packaging.

Special Prices / Final Sale Items

Items purchased under Special Prices or discounts are not eligible for exchange or return. All sales on discounted items are final.

Condition Requirements

For both returns and exchanges, the item must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• With all original tags
• Packed in its original packaging

Items failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted.
